| Title: | EDC Action Days |
| Description: | The EDC Action Days (known before as Civic Action Days) are an annual event in Austria. On the occasion of the European Year of Citizenship through Education a first step has been made towards implementing the initiative of annual EDC Action Days (known before as Civic Action Days) on a Europe-wide level. For the upcoming years the aim is that more countries start holding such EDC Action Days annually in spring – around May 5 (the day the Council of Europe was officially founded). Germany held it's first EDC Action Days in May 2005.
