| Description: | At the premises of the IOCE took place the awarding ceremony of the National Essay Contest winners. The contest (17th November 2005 - 17th February 2006) was organised by the IOCE Bucharest in the framework of the “2005 European Year of Citizenship through Education”. The finalists officially received the prizes consisting in: financial rewards, CoE t-shirts and caps, and COMPASS Manuals in the Romanian language. A press release issued by the IOCE Bucharest was transmitted to national and regional press. |
