Title:	Seminar on the European Year of Citizenship through Education in Estonia
Description:	Launching seminar of the European Year of Citizenship through Education in Estonia. The Launching Seminar of EYCE was participated by 50 participants (ministries, NGOs, educational community). The seminar was opened by the Minister of Population Affairs and the Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Education and Research. Lecture was given by the Director of IOCE Tallinn. The Action Plan of Estonia for the EYCE 2005 was agreed with the partners at the seminar.
