Title:	One awareness raising seminar on ECHR issues and the role of the civil society in the protection of human rights
Description:	There is an urgent need to train the civil society on the technique of reporting on human rights violations to the respective monitoring mechanisms. The civil society will be train on the monitoring mechanisms of the Council of Europe.
