| Description: | the Council of Europe will organise a Forum on the Responsibility of Higher Education for Democratic Culture and Human Rights, jointly with North American partners. The Forum will be a Council of Europe Higher Education Forum, and will also be a part to the follow-up of the European Year of Citizenship through Education as well as of the Forum on Higher Eduaction Governance held in September 2005. |
