Title: | Summer sport and educational camp for young IDPs |

- Switzerland - Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SCD) - Sweden - Ministry of Justice - Cyprus – Ministry of Education and Culture - United Kingdom – government - UEFA Organizers - Council of Europe Committee for the Development of Sports (CDDS) with the assistance of the Ballons Rouges Management Committee (composed of the contributing organisations) and the SRSG to Georgia - Ministry of Culture, Monuments Protection and Sport of Georgia - Students’ Union of Tbilisi State Medical University or the Students’ Union - (both legally approved by the Court of Georgia) - Ministry of IDPs' and Refugees' Affairs of Georgia - Associacion of Refugees and IDP's (NGO) Delivery agency The Youth Sport Trust (UK) has been selected as delivery agency among the three candidates proposed by the BR Management Committee. The Youth Sport Trust have composed the Ballons Rouges Team – a group 6 trainers: 5 teachers from sport colleges all of whom have great experience in the field of sports leadership work with young people and a lead trainer, who has international experience and was involved also in the BR pilot activity in Azerbaijan 2004. The Youth Sport Trust has agreed to deliver 12 day programme in Georgia, provided the local instructors take over the leadership for the remaining period. Equipment Sport equipment and other relative to the programme supplies will be provided by the delivery agency in direct cooperation with the local organizers. After the camp equipment will be handed over to the local authority (IDP’s authority) and Students’ Union NGO under a formal assignment procedure. A bag of goods, including items with an educational impact, such as world maps and cultural information about the country, has been suggested by the international trainers of the BR pilot activity. Target group 200 internally displaced children within age range of 14 – 17 years: 100 girls and 100 boys. They will be selected from Georgia, as well as from conflict zones in Osethia and Abkhazia. |
